Rising Scholars Institutional Programs & Partnerships
Rising Scholars Inc. partners with colleges, universities, graduate schools, research institutions, and other educational organizations to strengthen doctoral education and improve scholar success. Through our comprehensive programs and partnership packages, we provide customized support in doctoral readiness, academic and scholarly writing, research methodology, dissertation development, degree completion, faculty supervision, research capacity, publication preparation, and institutional advancement.
Our services are designed to support doctoral learners, faculty supervisors, graduate program leaders, and the institutional systems that influence persistence, research quality, and degree completion. Institutions may select a focused program, commission a research capacity assessment, or establish a comprehensive six- or twelve-month partnership tailored to their priorities.
Rising Scholars offers national and international assistance to institutions worldwide through virtual, in-person, hybrid, cohort-based, and train-the-trainer formats. We approach every engagement as a collaborative partnership, recognizing each institution’s existing expertise while helping its leaders identify opportunities, strengthen resources, and implement measurable solutions.
Programs may be funded directly by an institution or supported through corporations, foundations, government agencies, professional associations, and other sponsors. Whether your institution is launching a doctoral program, strengthening faculty supervision, supporting stalled doctoral candidates, improving research capacity, or developing a comprehensive doctoral-success strategy, Rising Scholars is prepared to help you move from identified needs to sustainable institutional impact.

How our programs and packages are funded:
Because Rising Scholars is a nonprofit, every university relationship does not have to be a traditional vendor/client arrangement.
There are two pathways to funding:
Institutional Service Partnership
The university contracts with Rising Scholars and pays for services.
Sponsored Doctoral Success Partnership
A corporation, foundation, government agency, association, or donor funds Rising Scholars to deliver the program to a university or group of universities.
